Pastrami Burgers
Piling hot pastrami on a burger is a Southern California tradition with Greek-American roots — and Greek roots are exactly what Troy's is built on. From the Colossal to the fully loaded Trojan Burger, this is our signature.
What is a pastrami burger?
It's exactly what it sounds like: a griddled beef patty stacked with hot, thin-sliced pastrami. The combination has been a fixture of Southern California's independent, family-run burger stands for generations — many of them, like Troy's, founded by Greek-American families. It's salty, smoky, and rich in a way a plain cheeseburger can't touch.
If it's your first time, the Colossal Burger is the pure form — patty plus pastrami, nothing to distract. If you're going all in, the Trojan Burger adds a second patty, chili, bacon, and avocado on top of the pastrami.
Every pastrami item is served all day at all three locations — Chino, La Habra, and Corona. And if mornings are more your thing, our breakfast burritos are served all day too.
